We’re a small, holistic-focused corrective plastic surgery center in Austin seeking a PCU / OR Registered Nurse who brings both strong clinical skill and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

This is a unique opportunity to step away from high-volume hospital settings and work in a 4-bed boutique surgical center where quality, presence, and personalized care truly matter.

What You’ll Do

• Support patients throughout the perioperative journey—pre-op, intra-op, and post-op
• Provide attentive recovery care in the Post-Care Unit (PCU)
• Assist in the Operating Room, including circulating and procedural support
• Monitor patient status, manage pain, perform wound care, and ensure safe recoveries
• Educate patients on post-operative care and holistic recovery practices
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and a small, aligned care team
• Contribute to a serene, supportive environment where patients feel seen and cared for
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas RN license in good standing
• Experience in OR, PCU, PACU, ambulatory surgery, or surgical recovery
• Plastic surgery or corrective surgery experience preferred
• BLS required (ACLS a plus)
• A calm, grounded nursing presence with strong clinical judgment
• Someone who values whole-person care, teamwork, and attention to detail

• $38–$42/hour, based on experience
• 30–40 hour work week with consistent weekday scheduling
