Exhibit & Sponsor

The TAPAN UGCR Spring Seminar planning committee invites your organization to exhibit your product or services at this event. The seminar will be held on February 15, 2025, at: Houston Methodist Hospital, Texas Medical Center. Rio Grande Conference Room, 6565 Fannin St, Houston, TX 77030.

The event is designed for perianesthesia nurses, other specialties, healthcare professionals, and nursing students from across Houston and surrounding areas. There will be an estimated 100 nurses representing pre-operative, postoperative, and other specialty related nursing units from the variety of Houston area hospital systems, as well as systems across the Gulf Coast region. Our members are exceptionally well-connected in the healthcare community. When you reach one member, you reach their entire network of colleagues and co-workers. The TAPAN UGCR nurse leaders are excited for the opportunity to speak with your representatives about your products and services!

Thank you in advance for your consideration and support. The success of our Annual Spring Seminar is due in large measure to your dedication and support for professional nursing education.
